Cory was awesome, great representative of Culligan.
I asked Culligan to come to my home to do the annual neutralizer servicing, so that I can put my house up for sale. They were supposed to come on Friday 4/11. When they showed up there was a landscaping truck in the driveway so they just turned around and left. They didn't call me, they didn't ask the landscapers to move the truck they just left. We had work scheduled to take place in November. After multiple follows ups, there is still no confirmation that the work is completed in March. The company made sure to take our credit card information and “auto charge” for the work in full before completing a thing. Despite this, I continue to get calls from their claims department stating I owe more money, and for different amounts each time! Local management doesn’t return calls to rectify or follow up.
