We had work scheduled to take place in November. After multiple follows ups, there is still no confirmation that the work is completed in March. The company made sure to take our credit card information and “auto charge” for the work in full before completing a thing. Terrible responsiveness, poor customer service, and deceptive billing practices. I have called over a dozen times to pay my bill for the quoted price. Scope of work did not change and I was billed 25% more. Have been harassed by accounts receivable but can't get ANYONE to correct this issue.
Culligan is always responsive on service issues and the system works beautifully.
