David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Couldn't be more pleased with the Lenox office of Culligan. The staff, Carrie, Matt and Paul, are professional and accommodating with their customer service. The delivery staff is efficient and friendly as well. If there is a special "kudos" given by Culligan for exemplary service, then this office certainly has earned it.
I can’t believe I didn’t look at reviews before I hired Culligan from Lenox-that’s on me. As for stars, I’d give no stars but Google doesn’t offer that-Google is more optimistic than I am. Or else they get paid. Culligan, easily the most expensive water softener in the business, cannot be trusted. They send a representative who takes copious notes, gives me lots of promises and a date many days away. And guess what? After $7500.00 (which I’ll stop payment on if need be-another thing on me) IT DOESNT WORK. We’ll see if they f... read more
