If I could give zero points I would do that DO NOT use Cullingan of Lansing (Michigan), for your water softning needs, they will come and install an old and used unit as rental, when the unit freezes and fails they will charge you full price of a new unit which is as you guessed way overpriced than what you can get in the market. Also the water will be very slimy and the unit itself does not work properly.
