If you're looking for water service, Meredith's Culligan is your spot! The gentlemen over here go above & beyond to make sure you've got what you need, when you need it. Both Dennis & Steve are experts with matching the right filtration system(s) with the needs of their customers. I highly recommend Meredith's Culligan!
Abismal customer service. When I lived downtown I used Culligan (not Meredith, it was under Brian Liev and it was excellent), however when I moved to Oak Park by default had to use Meredith Culligan. Every single month I either didn't get the number of requested bottles OR it wouldn't come delivery day. I'm not exaggerating when I say every single month this happened. They don't respond to e-mails and when I mentioned this they told me they didn't have to. They are rude, misogynistic, entitled, and complete jerks. Everything... read more
