Josh came out to service our RO system and he was fantastic. Really went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved. We also had another dude out to the house last week (sorry - forgot his name), and he was great as well. extremely impressed with the level of service and will 100% purchase a new RO system from Culligan in the near future.
