About 9 months after the install of my Culligan softener system, my system started having problems. Multiple calls and multiple responses and nothing has been fixed. This has been going on for months. About two months ago a tech showed up and 'thought' he might have some idea and allegedly ordered a part. If there were a 0 stars option, that would definitely be the rating Chuck Culligan's Water deserves. From them servicing our area in Brighton that was no longer part of their working area, not ordering parts that we were specifically told would be ordered and leaving many calls unanswered and unreturned - this company has continuously showed us for the past 4 months how much they don't want or appreciate our business.
