Poor customer service. Was billed for service that never took place. After repeated calls, I have been told 4 times someone will get back to you and nothing ever happens. They turned this over to a collection agency and when I called to explain my issues, I was told they (Culligan) wanted me to call them which I did and was told someone from the Danbury office will get back to you and nothing ever happens.
