We have been struggling to get our water delivered to us. We don’t open until 11am yet they deliver at 10am and since we can’t let them in, they leave and then we don’t get our water. I have explained our hours of operation and how we can’t open to let the delivery guy in due to security risks and then I’m told that the delivery driver has 50-60 deliveries a day. I want to take a moment to recognize Robert, our Culligan service technician, for his outstanding work and professionalism. From the moment he arrived, Robert was friendly, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He did the yearly service for our water softener and water purifier taking the time to explain what he was doing and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated how he respected my schedule and made the whole process hassle-free.
Ronald Ward (Technician) was great! Ronald was on-time and no issues during installation.
