From consultation to installation, I had a super smooth process with my reverse osmosis rental. Ryan showed me demos on the differences between city water versus reverse osmosis. Ron Ward installed it in no more than 2 hours and everything was complete and cleaned like nothing had happened! He also helped educate me some more. Overall, great experience and would recommend

I had my own personal experiences that would rate this company or rather Fairfield Culligan a minus 10. This company, while the service seems to be okay, the prices are ridiculous. $8.49 for a case of water even when buying an entire skid. The prices just go up, up, up! Then taxes and delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Additionally, Crystal Springs only charges $7.49 for the same exact thing. I HIGHLY SUGGEST GOING TO CRYSTAL SPRINGS. CULLIGAN IS A BIGGGGGGG RIP OFF! Fortunately, for them my company doesn't care about price.
