Update: I had their service for years, and noticed that the jugs of water have been increasing steadily. I referred another neighbor who shared how much she was paying- $3 less each jug. I contacted Cullinan of Brooklyn Park and asked if they would match-especially with all of my successful referrals. They said my option was to stick with what I was paying or cancel service. Poor customer service, very bad experience working with them. They have portal issues, and I was not able to make payment, they instead of resolving it skipped the delivery and now saying that they deliver only once a month...so this month i have to go pick it up from brooklyn Park. Last month, their billing was wrong, so I had to waste time on phone getting that fixed, which I dont know if it has been fixed...they have promised to send me the detailed bill...waiting for it.
