I've been pretty happy with the service for the past year. I live in Highland Park, Saint Paul MN. The Water tastes good. The driver , Jay...is nice, but every time I ask him to assist me in putting the first jug onto the dispenser, I find the foil from the top thrown either on my floor or apartment hall way floor. He just rips it off and tosses it on the ground. I find that so rude. Hand it to me, or put it in your pocket to dispose of later, you animal.
I use Culligan at my office and home. The water is delicious and the service is exceptional.
Would rate them lower for customer service if I could.
