Culligan technician showed up on 1/19 to look at an existing Culligan softener that was installed in a home we just bought. The. technician looked at the softener and said it was old, unplugged it and switched the bypass valve. He stated we would need a new system and that we would be contacted on Monday by someone in his office. The water got much worse after the visit. Disappointed with service request. Set up auto delivery for salt for our Culligan Softener, which is an excellent product. Tank was almost empty, called for delivery. Was told would have to wait six weeks for delivery of salt.not satisfied with response. Cancelled auto delivery

We have had a full house water system for almost a year. Anything we need, they are accessible by phone, the staff are friendly, professional and efficient and often go above and beyond. Recently, we had a small issue and it would have taken over a week to get a technician, so the head of the tech department, Pancho, called us and walked us through a repair. He was patient and understanding when we didn’t know what to do. The problem was resolved. Thank you to the Culligan team and especially Pancho for the great service.

We were so impressed with the immediate service that we got from Culligan from the time it took to schedule an appointment with Thomas Conden to having the system installed. Thomas was clear about the information he gave us. He let us have time to think about it before we committed to what we wanted. No high pressure sales at all. Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't be happier, great sales, installation, and service. Most places never do a follow up, this company does. Thomas was our sales rep, and explained everything he was doing and the why's .He listened to our wants, and needs and then suggested a produce that is going to suit our needs, then to top it off he came back after the installation and use, and checked our water again & made sure it was serving our needs.
