Culligan technician showed up on 1/19 to look at an existing Culligan softener that was installed in a home we just bought. The. technician looked at the softener and said it was old, unplugged it and switched the bypass valve. He stated we would need a new system and that we would be contacted on Monday by someone in his office. The water got much worse after the visit.
