Our office decided to go with a bottle free system that dispenses hot/tepid/cold water, as well as ice. We've had a great experience from day one! Liesl was so helpful with the initial decision about the model that would work best for us, and Nick has been fantastic to work with during installation and any time we need him to stop in for service!
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Culligan Water. They sent a $100 balance to collections without ever calling me, texting me, or leaving a note at my door. They claim they emailed invoices, but I never saw them, and they continued delivering water the entire time without mentioning there was an overdue balance. Instead of making a simple phone call or telling me during a delivery, they chose to send the account to collections, which can negatively impact someone’s credit over a relatively small amount.
