What a HORRIBLE experience!!!!!!!!!! I would tell every single person to use anyone BUT Culligan. The frustration and poor customer service I have with this company has me in tears. With two children under 2, I was so excited to be able to have soft good water for them. We had a grear consultation with the sales man, but beyond that it's been horrendous. Do not follow through on their promises. We signed up to have salt delivered monthly and haven't seen or heard from them since they installed the tank 4 months ago but they have no problem with billing us for it. Called the office and talked to a lady there who told me should would look into it and find out what happened and that was the last time I heard from her. Got their answering service again today, don't have high hopes of a return phone call. If I cannot get this resolved soon I am going to have to contact the state.
