I’ve been getting bottle/cooler service from Culligan for over 10 years. One of their bottles/coolers leaked onto the floor in my waiting room which is hardwood and ruined it. As opposed to making it right, they told me that they did not do enough business with me and that they were cutting off my service and they would check with corporate on fixing my floor. If I could give negative stars on here it would be a -5!
