The products are great as is the service. New truck looks amazing! 🤓 The delivery driver is excellent and service staff very capable and quick.
A person answers the phone when transferred. Staff call back when they say they will. Products are reliable!
They tried to have us pay for a service that was included in our platinum care plan because we were a couple days after the plan. Yet our sales guy told us it was included at the end of the plan. Make sure you schedule the change of your bulb before the end of you care plan or they might do the same to you. Also today they attempted to fraudulently charge my credit card for a price and and plan we didn’t agree to. Do not deal with this company.
