Just had the service tech Rob out to replace our filters and fix an annoying problem we have had with the aqua system since we purchased it two years ago. He was kind and helpful. I felt bad because he kept having to try something different but he thinks he finally fixed it. It was $256 for the whole service today, so that part sucks, wish they sent the 20% off coupon this year. Better customer service would be a real good start.
They could call be back and correct the error they made on my reverse osmosis system 2 weeks ago, which has shut down the system. No one answers e-mails, screws up the service schedule, and the appointment that was to be for today, they now say isn't on the books.
It would be a great improvement if this office just shut down. They are completely unresponsive. Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune of experiencing.
