As a salesperson myself, Rob Allen, the Culligan salesman was the worst salesperson I have yet to encounter. He kept trying to justify his over priced water softeners verses competitors pricing by using car analogies?! How does comparing his Culligan to a Mercedes or Ferrari verses his competitors in terms of quality make any sense in this frame of reference? His unit was $3047 for the premium unit. Please call me and set up a time to fix my water softener. It's been many months out of service, and the woman I've spoken to at corporate keeps assuring me that someone will be in touch. No calls from Culligan Jacksonville.
Had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed in October 2018 .. The reverse osmosis system has stopped operating properly. I call today to see what’s up and I have to have a technician come out at a cost of $115 and he can’t come out for a week Friday to Friday .. this system is not even paid for yet ?? Second issue with this WiFi button they talked me into getting ... this to me is insane not very good customer service ... oh And this is one of many issues we have had with this system ... live and learn !!!
