Ridiculous service. Bought my house 10/2019. Decided 4/2021 to have culligan service the water softener as the one that came with the house was a culligan model. They say they replaced the existing water softener. They didn't the same one I purchased with the house is still running. Now I pay 31$ a month "rental" fee to rent the equipment that came with my house. Only other option is for them to remove the equipment I bought with the house.
