ZERO STARS – Culligan Windsor CT is the Worst Company I’ve Ever Dealt With If I could give negative stars, I would. Culligan's Windsor, CT office is an absolute disgrace to customer service. My wife and I were both told—on two separate occasions—by the same unbelievably rude front desk woman that if we didn’t like the fact our water wouldn’t be delivered (which we pay for), we could just “come pick it up ourselves.” Excuse me? And absolutely awful, unprofessional and obnoxious place to deal with. Save your time and patience of getting a threatening phone call from these clowns. And they will do it over pennies in a totalitarian style. I would recommend to avoid at all cost. Plenty of water people out there to buy from. I would give them a -5 stars if I could.

I made an appointment with you today (October 31, 2024 9:00 am) to have a water softener installed in my house. You sent me a confirmation email days ago and informed me that your employee named Peter Taylor would come to my house. I called you at 9:03 am and informed you that Peter Taylor did not show up for his appointment. The lady answering the phone said she would call Peter and get back to me, but no one called me back. f I could give them 0 stars I would. I should have known when the sales guy came out initially and crashed his jeep into my garage door and dented it that this was a company I should not deal with. To their credit I had always had decent technicians come out to service the equipment. They are probably the only reason the conpany is in business any longer. I could not tell you how many times in the 6 year relationship that they had no showed to deliver the salt and change filters. I had enough when they raised the prices. I c... read more
