I have been using Gulligan water purification system for my house in Melbourne FL since 2020. At that time was locally owned and operated by Mike if I remember correctly his name. Extremely professional and helpful staff. They did all replacement of filters timely and always sent reminders when need to be replaced. We are a Military family and often out of state or the country and reminders sent to inform us about upcoming maintenance were very helpful. I purchased my system from Culligan in Romeo the installed my softener, water filter and reverse osmosis. the last 6 months I have been talked down to by the lady who answers the phones straight up called me a lier when I told her culligan installed my whole unit I had been having issues had them out to fix the water filter and alls they did was caused me more issues causing the filter to leak, and paid them $250 to change filters and left me with the leaking filter that the technician installed.
