The Technician Levi was wonderful! Punctual, helpful, professional, personable. Enjoyed the service visit.
Drivers are nice, in fact everyone is great there.need water people? then this the place for you. Very knowledgeable about salts and everything. You live near the bay or have lots of iron in your water? Call the Culligan man.
Overall poor service. Customer support of any kind is difficult to work with. No replies to emails. Interruptive and rude on the phone, on multiple occasions. Received many broken water bottles, no reasonable way to replace. It also doesn't address the constant mess due to the leaks. Initial set-up of this service took multiple visits due to delivering the wrong dispenser, then a broken one, and the final one works, but has been the loudest by far. Simply cannot recommend this provider.
