My next door referred me to Bob when my private well stopped working. I contacted him and he immediately scheduled onsite appt. He then came here very next morning and inspected, identified the damaged wires and very old pump, then replaced those, in half a day! He has a special machine to pull the pump from my 400ft deep well. He also identified my pressure tank was also in bad condition which caused wire damage, then replaced it after a few days (we had a snowstorm). I'm happy I could find my go-to well professional!
I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH BOB CULLY. HIS CUSTOMERS TIME IS A WASTE FOR HIM! I would give NO stars if it was an option. The absolute WORST customer service Ever! Bob Cully (Cully Pump) Installed a septic pump for me 08/19. Pump is no longer functioning. Called looking for service and told me "I no longer doing septic pumps", it's now on me to deal with. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Bob responded to our well emergency within 10 minutes and fixed the problem in less than 30. He was cheerful and knowledgeable about our particular well (he has serviced it for years before buying the house). Great service from a real neighborhood business that literally keeps the water running.
Excellent company: Highly responsive, efficient and fair pricing.
