Arrogant. Not professional. Masters of the excuse. Their response below says fifteen minutes when it was actually four days. When we asked why it would take so long, they decided that was being rude. Husband of owner wrote vindictive review of our business because we wrote this review. This is not a professional company. They also are based in Bend, OR, NOT Maui as they like to pretend.
This has been a great experience. Janet has taken excellent care of us. I particularly like the fact that they stay involved in helping resolve issues, giving real meaning to the term full service agency.
You definitely get what you pay for with this great company. Happy to have been fortunate enough to be introduced to them.
