They took amazing care of our cat during his examinations and surgery! The level of professionalism and kindness they showed us and our boy was outstanding!!! Highly recommend!
Best experiance I have had during our journey with my Mias eye, they explained everything that was happening, tested both eyes, and took samples for testing all with limited stress on Mia as well as me. Won’t be using this place anymore, for years it was the only eye doctor in the maritimes. Service sucked. I don’t like how they make you wait outside/in our cars in the heat because they still have pandemic policies, while it’s clear they just don’t want you to be in there with your pet. Demanding service team, probably because they knew we had nowhere else to go. Luckily, Nova Scotia, you can drive to Halifax now.
I have been to a lot of specialists over the years with my golden retriever and the experience we had with Cullen Webb was amazing. The team is organized and communicative and the office is clean and professional. Dr. Cullen’s skills are a cut above. The way she reconstructed my dog’s eyelid makes it look like nothing ever happened. Worth the drive from Nova Scotia and the cost of treatment was very fair compared to some specialists I’ve seen prior. Highly recommend.
Excellent service, they took good care of our puppy.
