5 stars to Jessy from the Parts Department! He got me exactly the accessories I needed for my new Western Star truck and took the time to find me the best price possible. Great knowledge, excellent customer service, and really goes the extra mile.
I brought my truck to Western Star in Surrey for an ongoing issue and left it there for three days. Despite the significant time and a $1,300 charge, the problem remains unresolved. I’m disappointed with the lack of solutions and the overall experience.
