Horrible customer service!!!! I’m a 20 year customer, and this is the first time filling a claim. They take your money, but you have to fight them tooth & nail to get any back!
I just had to give Allstate a 5 star rating because of my own personal experience with their awesome agent who was so attentive to making sure I understood everything.
