I have used the services of Culkins Construction on two separate occasions. The first was a 2,000 square foot addition with/including 23 complete window replacements. The job went flawlessly, on time and on budget. Beautiful craftsmanship. That was 10+ years ago. Recently, we undertook almost a complete redesign of the original house. Removed bearing walls and replaced with steel girders in the ceilings. Completely rebuilt kitchen and added a second kitchen in lower level.
