Ordered for the first time from Culinary Cookware on line. I ordered forks for dipping chocolate. Felt that they were a little expensive at first. However, once I received them, they were well worth the money. These are tools of exceptional quality. I would highly recommend anyone who would like quality dipping tools to purchase these. I needed a most unusual item: a duck press to make caneton a la Rouennaise, or Rouen-style pressed duckling. Needless to say, there aren't many available sources for such a gadget in the US. But CulinaryCookware.com had it, and at an attractive price (albeit thousands of dollars). It arrived quickly and in the most extraordinary packaging I've ever seen: took me close to an hour to open the "casket" in which it was shipped from France. Great to have such a reliable source in the US!
