I visited the culinary because of the network closing. Stephanie took the time to explain to me in detail why the network was closing and what my next steps would be. She gave me a mini tour of the building and explained all of the benefits that comes with being an established member. I’m grateful for her patience and understanding when it came to answering all my questions . I didn’t make an appointment but I plan to. If you ever visit the culinary I highly suggest to look for her she’s amazing!
I love the new Craig RD location Everyone in there is so nice, especially a young lady named Stephanie. She is very helpful, very sweet, and very knowledgeable.
Came into to the culinary today to get some labs done. Stephanie greeted me with a smile and checked me in. Her customer service was amazing. I usually don’t have this type of engagement when I visit others CPLs. I’m glad she made me feel comfortable
Came in for convience care and after finishing, I went over to radiology. Ms. Stephanie helped sign me in and she clearly explained the process. Thanks to her professionalism and patience, I had a great experience.
