Not only did chef Richard come highly recommended I had been to several large events that he catered before so I trusted him to cater my wedding. Starting out it was nearly impossible to get In touch with him,then he called two days prior to confirm the menu and had no clue to what it was even though a detailed menu was emailed several months prior.
