Luis catered a private event at my mother-in-law's house and I am honestly blown away by the professionalism and the quality of his food. Luis served chicken, short ribs, beet salad, roasted potatoes... Omg everything I tasted felt like a dream!!! Didn't take photos of the beef and chicken because I needed both my hands 😂😂
