What a FANTASTIC night!!! Chef Luciano mixed storytelling with recipes that made awesome connections to the history and food of Italy - Well done chef!
As experienced pizza makers, we came away with a better understanding of the history of pizza and the pizza making process. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Chef Luciano. The pizza was delicious!
Chef Luciano is super knowledgeable and entertaining. The dough was spectacular and I would swap with my favorite toppings.
Culinarium offers a great cooking class experience. The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Perfect for learning new skills and enjoying good food!
