Very disappointing ER experience. I arrived around 4 AM and left around 6:30 AM, and most of that time was spent waiting alone in a room. Staff seemed uninterested and would disappear for long periods with very little communication. After all that time, I was simply prescribed medication and sent home. I expected more immediate help with my symptoms, such as discussing an inhaler, breathing treatment, or something to help me get comfortable enough to rest. I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously.

I've had to go to the infusion clinic a few times and I was not very pleased with the service. I have a job that requires me to be on call, and I often have to reschedule appointments. Every time I have called to reschedule, the receptionist has been very rude and cold to me. When I questioned where I'd have to go to get labs done because I'm not from Rushville, she acted like I was extremely dumb. I want to say that I don't like to talk about or tell people my personal problem's, that's not me but I am going to on this. A week ago on Saturday I really thought I was dieing I had woken up at 11:00 pm on Friday with a horrible pain in my stomach on the right upper right side, I didn't think anything of it at first I thought it was just a stomach ache, I took medicine to settle the pain and went back to bed.
