Since Covid hit, this “company” is a joke. They aren’t in the office, I can’t blame them for that, so they aren’t answering their business phone. They give you Cindy and Sally’s phone numbers so that you can call them, but they don’t answer your calls either!! Highly suggest you research and purchase your insurance directly from Grange, State Farm, or whomever you choose. Do away with this middleman.
