Our realtor Sarah J sold us a nightmare house. We signed a dual agent contract with her and she broke every fiduciary rule of being our realtor. She did not disclose major material facts that were obvious, including no heat to the upstairs and collapsing foundation walls. Every picture she took of the back of the house had vehicles parked 10 feet from the house blocking view of damage to the foundation, purposely misleading us.
