Wanted my braces off early bc they were not working for me. As soon as I mentioned this, I got cold shouldered and they acted so strange. I think they took it very personally? Couldn’t even discuss concerns because they didn’t care at that point & all the Dr. Could say was “she didn’t like my braces”, no direction, didn’t finish answering my questions. Cheerful staff, informative
Went in this morning for my son’s consultation. Every part of the staff was wonderful, from the front desk down to Dr. Culberson. They made my son feel super comfortable and they were great with him. We can’t wait to get started on his braces journey with Culberson orthodontics!
I cannot be happier with my results!! I used to be so scared of anything dental related, but over the past 3 years, I actually looked forward to coming into their office. Dr. Culberson and the staff are truly some of the nicest people!
