Excellent practice with an incredibly encouraging and caring team. Having previous experience taking my children to orthodontic appointments years ago, I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive atmosphere at Dr. Culberson’s practice. They did a great job on my braces and is was fun
Wanted my braces off early bc they were not working for me. As soon as I mentioned this, I got cold shouldered and they acted so strange. I think they took it very personally? Couldn’t even discuss concerns because they didn’t care at that point & all the Dr. Could say was “she didn’t like my braces”, no direction, didn’t finish answering my questions.
