Electric went out, can’t get any information because it’s not in my name but I pay it?
TERRIBLE! MY BILL WENT FROM $130-$150 TO $322-$350 IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY, Granted, place isnt thst weathering, but they shut off the power on the 24th of February, i wouldnt afford $728 in electric, so I asked for help and a church helped out with $300 so got it down to $428, mind you it gets dark FAST groceries go bad FAST AND Cuivre River closes accounts FAST. THEY close the account so now I either have to pay over fourteen hundred dollars or prepay over seven hundred dollars, YAY what a bunch of crooks!! Hooray!!

Too many outages
I went to check on my second home and discovered the electric was turned off by these clowns. Our account is not delinquent and is always paid on time. Mind you, my house sat in 20 degree weather for a number of days with no heat because of this. Cuivre River is very lucky that my pipes did not freeze, or I would be going after them with a lawsuit, including one from my insurance company.
