Thank you for the incorrect information about the hours of operation for Saturday. I made a pointless 40 minute drive thanks to this false information You provide for your business. Like that's pretty big important information people specifically search Google to find. And it's incorrect information. This location is definitely not open on Saturdays at all. So please spare anyone else wasting guests and wasting their time and update the hours.
Cuvier River’s tree service (Kendall) came out to trim trees right after the snow storm with no advanced notice. We were not able to mark sprinkler heads that I know are right in the area they plowed through. Then this is the mess that they left in our yard. Culver River assured us that they would send them back, but 7 days later no one has shown up and Cuiver River is unresponsive. Absolutely terrible customer service.
They didn't let me know they were tree trimming in my area, and I hadn't ever thought about looking up to check how close my branches were to the lines, so I received a pruning, which is fine. The issue came because they just dropped all the branches where they had cut them ... straight onto my kids' sports nets, damaging one. Obviously I would have moved them if I had known, it takes 30 seconds, so I sent them an email since it was outside business hours and I had to start work. 2 hours later the tree crew showed up to move... read more
I would NOT recommend!!!! The customer service is ridiculous and all so rude and disrespectful. My bill was due 10/17 and today is 10/23 and when I got home my services were interrupted, and they stated that they sent me a text message to let me know, the last message I received from Cuivre was them thanking me for my payment. If I could switch to another Electric Company I most definitely would, because the level of disrespect they have towards Customers is completely unacceptable and out of pocket.
