8/7/2025 - Called to disconnect my electric service and was told they couldn’t backdate the request. It’s 2025—how does a utility company still not have systems sophisticated enough to handle basic billing adjustments? Absolutely ridiculous. Glad to be done with them for good!

How come the phones not working? You’re still open by the Internet…. Come on answer phone calls until the place closed down not 10 minutes before hand you stop answering or accepting calls. I keep calling, phone rings a couple times and just hangs up on me.

I just want to say the woman that works the drive-thru window at the Troy Missouri location she is awesome she always has a smile very nice very prompt knows her job and is service with a smile I don't know her name she's always there when I go pay my bill she does her job very well

So you give me a bill. I set up an account using your member number you gave me. Can't log in to your system to pay. Your account number, your system is some how my problem.

Thank you for the incorrect information about the hours of operation for Saturday. I made a pointless 40 minute drive thanks to this false information You provide for your business. Like that's pretty big important information people specifically search Google to find. And it's incorrect information. This location is definitely not open on Saturdays at all. So please spare anyone else wasting guests and wasting their time and update the hours.
