This place is always closed, by appointments only, would be nice to say that in store hours instead of the fake hour telling people you open 9 to 5 every day.
If you don't have a large or massively overpriced project, they won't even bother contacting you back. Been waiting nearly a month with no contact. Seems they have no concern about future clients (young homeowner to likely have multiple homes and kitchen remodels) or respect for your time. Find a company that cares about people first, skip these duds
