While the bathroom they designed and built looked nice at first, it quickly became clear that the quality and planning were subpar. Within a year, I had to call a plumber twice for a blocked sink, the toilet handle keeps falling off (and wasn’t covered under warranty), and the toilet itself was poorly installed, which would require invasive work just to access key components. We had a wonderful experience with Cuisine West Island. From the start, Stephane, one of the owners, took the time to meet with us several times to discuss our wishes and design ideas. He was patient, very knowledgeable, and gave us a sense of comfort throughout the process, which is so important as renovations can often be stressful.
