Disappointing experience with Cuisine Unlimited. I attended a work brunch catered by them from 10 AM–12 PM. By 11 AM, the food was already gone. While a headcount discrepancy is one thing, the lack of professionalism was the real issue. The catering staff prepared a secondary, full spread of food specifically for themselves and ate it directly in front of the clients who had no food left. Out of all my wedding vendors, Cuisine Unlimited was the best to work with! I had two coordinators I worked with (one that left a few months before the event and then Isabelle as the replacement) and both were amazing - they always responded in a timely manner, happily made numerous adjustments to my order, had great menu ideas and went above and beyond in so many ways. We can’t say enough good things about Cuisine Unlimited! We chose them because they provide all-inclusive staffing, rentals, food, and event support, and as a DIY bride, I knew I didn’t want to be putting out fires on the day of. Abby and Jaden were invaluable every step of the way! Do NOT use this catering company. We made a huge and very costly $5k mistake by using them for my daughter’s wedding and I’m hoping to prevent others from having the same outcome we did. In a nutshell, we paid $5k for table linens, servers, light appetizers and “petit” dessert buffets for 80 that ran out within 30 min (menu items were poor quality, small, amounts inadequate, thus the running out before half of our guests had even gone through the line, and an almost inedible wedding cake that did not look like the one we ord... read more

Cuisine Unlimited did the absolute best job with our brunch for my sisters Bachelorette! They were so helpful when planning the menu and any additional needs leading up to the event and were even able to accommodate a last minute change before the brunch. Highly recommend to anybody for any event!
