I was lucky enough to for Colleen to be available for a dinner party in my house. We had just a superb experience. Every item she prepared was Better than the next, I mean Absolutely delicious! She gave me great ideas for the menu, we also had an in-house bartender, The food was professionally plated, just an exceptional experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Colleen. I called her spur of the moment 2 days before Valentine’s Day to see if she was available to come to our home and pamper my wife with her exquisite culinary skills and she made it happen. The food was amazingly delicious and her hospitality was second to none. She has an amazing personality. She catered to the exact menu that we were looking for. I would highly suggest having her do any kind of event that you need her for. She is truly amazing!
We were looking for a personal chef for our parent’s 50th anniversary. This would be the first time we would hire a personal Chef and we were very nervous about it because of such a special occasion and we wanted this to be the perfect day Colleen came highly recommended by a close friend so we decided to meet with Colleen to go over the details of the dinner. I recently hosted a party for 60 people, adults, teens and children, at my home. Colleen prepared an elegant feast. Appetizers were fresh and plentiful especially the seafood. They were presented beautifully as they were passed The servers were efficient and really very pleasant. The bar was carefully tended. Mains were varied to suit everyone & very delicious. I received so many compliments from the guests. Definitely a must do.
