Driving down the highway pulling a trailer full of cattle when we had a blowout on our dually truck. We were ecstatic to find a tire shop less than 4 miles up ahead only to show up to a very rude and unhelpful business owner. Do not be fooled by all the tires out front, this is in fact NOT an actual tire shop as advertised. If you have any vehicle larger than a small car, do not even bother stopping by.
We pulled in with a flat. I called the number on the door when we couldn't find anyone. No answer. We were just getting ready to leave (we had a run flat) when this guy comes out of the office. He tells us he heard the phone but didn't answer because he was doing paperwork. Said he didn't have a tire to fit our car and he didn't have air because his compressor was broken.
Extremely rude and non helpful.
A gentleman named Marcus came out to help us. He didn’t have what we needed but he knew immediately and sent us somewhere that would. Very prompt and friendly service! Thank you sir!
