I feel sorry for the doctor. So many years school and effort to have a good practice, for her receptionist to get rid of her clients or potential with the outrageous did attention and poor customer service, and laziness
Did not even get to see the doctor. Save yourself the disappointment and find another provider.
This review is for the office staff as I have yet to get an appointment to see the doctor. I was referred to this doctor and a referral was faxed to her office in April. I called to see about getting an appointment but was informed that no fax had been received by their office. I thanked the lady and called my doctor to have another referral faxed over. Well, after 3 times speaking to Dr. Cuevas' staff about no referrals being received and 3 more times having referrals faxed over, I was at my wits end. I called one last time... read more
I have been trying for months to get through to Dr. Cuevas' office. I got through after a few tries initially months back, when they said they would call me back regarding my referral to schedule a new patient appt. I CANNOT GET THROUGH EVER AGAIN. I am beyond frustrated because I desperately need a Rheumatologist, but now their voicemail is FULL and I cannot leave a message. Which has been the response for the last 2 weeks. This doctor is downtown by the Luby’s off Main not that far. Yes you gotta pay for parking not a big deal. I went to see Dr. Rita these two ladies run the whole show. They do callbacks answer phones intake all of the above they work very hard and give the best customer service. Yes, you will see complaints about the phones, but I assure you someone will answer.
