Dr Cuevas lacks professionalism, courtesy, and an overall understanding of how to treat patients. I was the only patient in the waiting room yet I waited an hour to see her. She mumbled when “introducing” herself. She had her mind made up about me and my health before she walked in the room. She judged me and my med list, the fact that I was seeking a second opinion, and my use of pain medicine as I am chronically ill and have chronic pain. She spoke down to myself and my husband. I feel sorry for the doctor. So many years school and effort to have a good practice, for her receptionist to get rid of her clients or potential with the outrageous did attention and poor customer service, and laziness
Did not even get to see the doctor. Save yourself the disappointment and find another provider.
