DO NOT purchase from this company. I would provide 0 stars if possible. We own a small business and purchased a $250,000 bucket truck from this company that has been an absolute lemon. It was down for over 45 days accruing even more expense meanwhile not making money on the road to help cover the cost. The kind of stuff that can really put a small business under. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We spent over $250,000 on a brand new truck from CUES Equipment, and it had serious problems from day one. The truck was down for 45 days, which forced us to rent equipment just to keep our business running, while still making the truck payment and paying insurance. The lack of customer service was even worse. Dave, the owner, never returned my calls, and Tony, our salesperson, ignored calls and emails for weeks. Once they had our money, we were on our own. Never, never have any service done there. They damaged my truck and lied to make it look like it was my fault and did not do the work I asked to be done. Never, never go there!
The splicing truck was completed two months earlier than the contract date. The team at Cues was very easy to work with. Very satisfied with the whole experience.
Bought a new rear mount elevator from Tony. Very strait forward with me through the whole process. If I buy another one I will be calling Tony again.
