A couple years ago an ex fiancé forged a quit claim deed to my condo and then tried to evict me. I hired Winston and paid a large retainer ($3500) to handle the forged QCD and fake eviction. My fiance after advice from his lawyer and after being contacted by a Detective about the fraudulent deed quickly filed a voluntary dismissal of the eviction. Excellent Bankuptcy Lawyer! And a very nice person. Of course everyone has to realize when you do a bankruptcy it may take some time. So be patient, is my advise. The court system is overloaded. But, it will eventually be over. We filed Chap 7, and from filing at the courts to finish was about 9 months. It’s nice not having anymore harassing debt collectors chasing us.
