Waste of time . Tried to get a estimate and totally wasted my time .
First off, extremely impressed. I was skeptical of some of the negative reviews I had seen, they all appear to be related to one unsatisfied customer. Mr. Cuellar bid out my job and was the only foundation repair company to notice that my home had two additions and factored that into his bid. When we got into the work, he noted that there probably needed to be a few additional piers that needed to be added and he was extremely fair in charging me for the extra work. Mr. Cuellar and his team were efficient, friendly, fast, and they did a great job on my foundation! I just purchased a 1940s home that is on pier and beam. The house was off by 2-inches in some places. Mr. Cuellar gave me a great price with a warranty, he even helped me with a rodent problem free of charge! He came back to do an adjustment about 4 months later. Would highly recommend Cuellar Foundation for foundation repairs and home renovations!
