Fantastic place to stay in Mudgee. Recently renovated rooms, fresh, clean, thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay such as toaster, kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery, fridge and comfortable bed. Manager very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
Called to book a room for the night at late notice due to unforeseen travel circumstances. The receptionist was very rude, told me off for calling at this hour of the night (930pm) and we are not a 24 hour hotel service. I was only looking for assistance. Maybe get an education on how to talk to people, perhaps a sorry madam we don't have any rooms available perhaps suggest another hotel. No need to be so rude and disrespectful for someone seeking help.
It was a smooth sailing, room was clean and bed was so comfy, also staff was very kind
Great renovated updated motel. Rain water shower head. Beautiful pool that was great to dove into after the drive. Slightly out of town but made it quiet. Easy check in and friendly staff.
