Suzy at Cuddles and Tails is truly amazing. We had two kittens that we were very anxious about finding a boarder for. Our worries were gone within minutes of meeting with Suzy. She is incredibly experienced, dedicated, and attentive. We felt completely at ease leaving two members of our family in her care, which we didn’t think would be possible. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Cuddles!
We've been using Cuddles and Tails for at-home catsitting for our aging cat for a little more than 2 years. Absolutely recommend them - Suzy is 100% trustworthy and diligent and so sweet towards our cat. The first time she catsat for us, our apartment door lock broke and she took care of that disaster completely graciously! She's the best.
Cuddles & Tails is a wonderful place that took amazing care of my cat! We boarded her for a few days and we got daily stories, photos, and updates of our little girl and she looked happy and well cared for. I will 100% be bringing my cat back to C&T the next time we have to travel. So glad to have this place available in NYC!
Cuddles and Tails is the absolute best. They are the only ones I trust w the care of my 2 cats. I had a lot of anxiety about leaving them but Natalia gave me so much peace of mind. My cats love her. One of them is very shy and nervous around people but he warmed right up to Natalia and even let her administer his inhaler. She is very thorough and sends the best pictures/descriptions of every visit. Communication is amazing. I truly can’t say enough positive things and I am so grateful.
There's so much great about Cuddles & Tails it's hard to know where to start. I've been boarding my rescue dachshund Dolly there ever since I got her four years ago and have only had terrific experiences. Dolly actually speeds up when she realizes she's headed to C&T and doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. (I'm a little jealous!) The owner is highly professional and responsible, great at communication and understanding when travel doesn't go as planned. I highly recommend C&T
