I was having problems with my 99 mercury cougar, vvt solenoid, and the timing, took to to 2 different mechanics, they kept my car for a month, they replaced the vvt, but they couldn't fix the timing, I talked to Mr Bill about my car, he asked me if I wanted him to inspect my car, he did and he was able to fix my car he did a great and professional job, it took him more than a few days,but he ended up fix my car, ..I am satisfied with his work, I would recommend anyone ...he became my mechanic....
