Wonderful service.
Waited on the phone for 40 minutes to reschedule. My time is valuable. Please hire enough staff to handle your customers. This is why people no show. They can’t get through to properly reschedule. I hung up and now my appointment will be a no show. Terrible customer service.
Many women here absolutely need retraining if they had any at all to begin with, the place is also run horribly! Years ago Fontaine squeezed my breast so hard I never went back for 25 years, first visit here with new machines and nurses went great, second time for screening same was done and now I will never be back here as well! All different nurses 5 months later, consistency makes people feel cared about & safe, not nasty hurtful women who change like the wind.
