My wife and I work right around the corner from this place. And she’s been here a few times always raving about the pizza. With that said, I stay away from pizza due to a severe diary allergy. Yes! I know they make and have vegan cheese. But for some reason, my orders are always get messed up. We went ahead and ordered a pizza with vegan cheese and just like another reviewer stated. I’ve been coming to this pizza parlor for a while, especially since my daughter absolutely loves their pizza. However, since the new management took over, the customer service has been terrible. Every time I walk in, I feel completely ignored unless I go out of my way to get someone’s attention. Today was no different. I called tonight at 8:58 to order dinner. A man answered the phone very rudely saying hello and that’s it. I asked if it was cucinas he yells we are closed and hangs up. I checked the website again for closing and it says open daily until 10pm. So I call back thinking maybe something was wrong and the man answers and hung up on me immediately.

Got the food delivered. Yet another place with incompetent employees that probably do not care or take any accountability. One meatball slider!!! I got ripped off.
