I was eating here last weekend and spent over $300 on dinner. I overheard the general manager say “I tipped like shit” when the service was subpar that night after being a regular customer. I had to get my own Silverware & ask for water repeatedly here. I am offended and don’t want to eat here anymore after great service usually. When I heard the GM say I “tipped like shit”, I was extremely offended when the service was subpar.
The entire menu is awesome, and the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. But, the brussel sprouts, O M.G. the best Ever!
I used to love going to Cucina Calore but last night was such a disappointment. The restaurant was relatively empty and the manager was wonderful and helped get us started on our orders but then after he left and our waiter took over the service was pretty awful, rushed and not attentive at all and the food came out very slowly and disjointed and the coffee wasn’t even hot. Poor service. Never asked if we needed anything - couldn't even get a refill in our water glasses. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Food has also gone downhill. There are better choices in that area.
