The girl at the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional & disrespectful, I called in to let them know I would b a little late due to an accident on the freeway and I ended up taking the streets she said to come in, When I got there this girl at the front desk said she would have to reschedule because I didn’t call in so I told her I did call and let the lady who answered the phone no what was going on and she said to come in. The office staff were amazing. They took me right in since I was one of they first ones there. An assistant explained to me how to do my injection 💉 Since I was pressed for time. I was in and out and made it to work on time😉 CVMG receives👍🏾
Doctors are always friendly and seem like they genuinely care about their patients
