We entered, sat down, and waited about ten minutes. No one approached us. An employee passed by at least three times without acknowledging us. We ended up just leaving without ever even getting a chance to order anything. Ironically, we had just watched the movie "Backrooms" - the atmosphere here was so much like that movie it honestly freaked me out a little...
Dirty and poorly maintained restaurant. Long wait times and disorganized service. I spent so much time waiting that I can't even comment on the quality of the food. Definitely not a good experience.
Cuc Tran is like dining in Da Nang Vietnam. The food is the most authentic in the Western United States. Great cuisine at a great price.
Service was slow, only one waiter, one cook and the owner. Nice woman, but it too over 30 minutes for a bowl of Pho Dat Biet and it was anything but special! Live never had a bowl of pho like that before, chicken, beef and beef balls? Anyways, I would nó recommend it. I know this is not a good review at all. Don’t want anyone to have this experience!
